What a interesting plan to draw people with steady income to their country. Of course what comes with retiree's is money. One person wrote they get over $4k per month. You can live nicely on that in the U.S. Can you imagine what that will buy you in the Phillipines. I'm curious what kind of investment you can get with your deposit and do you ever get it back?

It's best to visit the Bureau of Immigration, Philippines website to get the official information. I would link to it but the site seemed to be down.

You could live a very comfortable life in the Philippines with your income level I think.

Have you been on an extended holiday there and checked out the areas where you might want to retire to? Best to do that first I think.

Good luck all the same!

I ama US citizen, retired and have a monthly net income of $ 4237.00 and also a private health coverage. My wife Iris, is a Philippine citizen. Am I her dependent? We would love to reside in the Philippines. We do not smoke or drink alcohol. What documents must I apply?
Thank you for your assistance.
